K2 Motors Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
K2 Motors is committed to delivering high-quality products and stands behind them with our 12-month limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures. Should you encounter any issues during the warranty period, our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you with diagnosis and resolution.
Duration
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues arising from the production process, including materials and workmanship.
- Functional Failures: Problems that prevent the product from performing its intended function under normal use.
Replacement Policy
For approved warranty claims, K2 Motors will replace the defective product with:
- The same item, or
- If the item has been discontinued, a comparable product that matches in performance and value.
Return and Exchange Policy
K2 Motors offers a comprehensive 180-day replacement/exchange policy for all products. Additionally, we provide a 90-day return policy for all unused products that are still in their original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged and includes all original accessories.
Shipping Costs
For U.S. customers, K2 Motors will cover all initial shipping costs associated with warranty returns. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items being exchanged or returned for refund.
Exceptions and Limitations
Certain exceptions and limitations may apply. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse of the product.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
