The extended warranty can be purchased with your order. The service will be available as a product to be added to your checkout. If you have already completed your transaction, you can contact customer service to manually make a separate order of the extended warranty service.

An confirmation email of your order’s receipt will be sent. If the purchase was made with your order, the order number on the receipt will be a reference of the extended warranty service contract that you purchased.
You will not be able to cancel the extended warranty plan after it is purchased. The plan will be with the applying product until the warranty time period expires. The only time the extended warranty will be fully refunded is when you decide to return your order within the first 30 days of purchase.
The extended warranty can be renewed after the first purchase, allowing a total of (2) purchases. You will be provided with a grace period of 3 business days after the first purchase expires. You can contact customer service to have the service renewed. Provide the full name of the person the order was made by, original order number, and the product part ID which the extended warranty will be applied.
When you make a purchase with us, you are automatically enrolled in our 90 day warranty plan. You are guaranteed your money back within the first 30 days if you decide you want to return the product(s). The free warranty plan will also cover merchandise that needs to be repaired or replaced within the following 60 days.
The extended warranty allows you to have an additional warranty service available just in case something happens to your item after the 90 days free warranty period. With just a couple bucks more, you will be provided with an extra security for your purchased product.
Contact our customer service with your order information and briefly explain the condition of the product at issue. Our highly experienced customer service representative can further assist you with the procedures to assist in getting a replacement.
There are no hidden costs or fees with the extended warranty plan we provide. If for any reason the product fails to work within the time period the warranty plan covers, full parts will be provided under our service.
You will not have to use your extended warranty service for DOA (damaged on arrival) products. If it is proven the product has been damaged in transit, we will file a claim with our carrier and have a replacement shipped to you as soon as possible. For specific instructions on how to resolve such an issue, contact our customer service department for further assistance.
Under the warranty plan, we will be responsible for any return shipping costs of damaged products. The returned product will then be inspected by our RMA department. If the product is proven to be damaged, we will ship a repaired part and/or a replacement part at the company’s expense.
